To become a buyer, you must:

- There is a processing fee of $150. Please make check payable to Coop First.

To become an investor, you must:
1. Download and
fill in the application form.
2. There is a $150 processing fee. You may include this amount
in your investment check, payable to Coop First.

Fill it out and include the amount you wish to invest. Shares are priced at $1,000 per share. Each year you must purchase at least 5 shares to remain on active list (this allows us to shorten the waiting times for the members who wish to purchase assets).
